After entering the building, visitors are on level -1, where there is an Information Point. Here you can get current information on the operation of the Museum, the availability of the car park, as well as the possibility to rent a wheelchair and settle a parking ticket.

SIGHTSEEING WITH CHILDREN

For visitors with children Museum prepared array of facilities which make stay in the Museum easier. Nearby conference room either on level -2 and -3, we prepared a room for parents with a child, equipped with changing table and feeding chair. Every communication route is wide enough to move with a stroller.

GROUP SIGHTSEEING

To help you plan your visit in the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, we present a bunch of useful information. Visiting the entire main exhibition takes about 4 hours. The area of our main exhibition is over 5,000 m2 and is a located on the -3 level. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

SIGHTSEEING FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

The building of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk is accessible to visitors with disabilities. Wheelchairs are available at the information point. In addition, guides are equipped with sign language translation and with audio description.
