Our collection

The book collection consists of publications which serve to aid interdisciplinary research on World War II. These are mainly items related to the history of the 20th century. However, in addition to those closely related to the subject of World War II, the library also offers educational materials useful for educational purposes, as well as historical publications for children and young people.

The library's resources also include publications to aid study of items in the Museum collections. However, the fields of conservation, restoration and security of museum objects, as well as books on activities of the museum are also worthy of attention. All of these publications aim to help readers as well as employees of the Museum's departments.

The Library's resources are systematically expanded through the means of purchases, donations and exchanges between museums and scientific institutions in this country and abroad.
