The library of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk is public, but due to the thematic scope of the collection, it is a specialist library. The collection currently consists of over 30 thousand volumes of books, magazines, audiovisual and electronic documents, maps and special collections in over 30 languages.
Step 1. Any interested person should report to the security officer on duty at the Information Desk on floor -1 of the Museum in order to register as a Guest.
Step 2. The security officer will allow access to the Library, located on the +2 floor of the Museum.
Step 3. After reading the regulations, the librarian will enroll the new reader at the library.
Step 4. The reader will receive a library card which enables the use of the museum collections on site and which gives access to the floors where the library is located.
