Using the latest technologies, we have prepared virtual versions of the temporary exhibitions that have been presented at the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk.
The exhibition consists of 29 works of art by Tadeusz Pietrzykowski, made using various techniques and covering many topics. The exhibition at the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk will be on display until August 31st this year, and admission is free.
The exhibition presents in an innovative and artistic way the photographic project "The Airmen" by artist photographer Michał Solarski. The exhibition includes unique portraits of the heroes of the Polish Air Force at the end of their lives, photos of aviators from the collections of the Museum of the Second World War and texts introducing the visitor to the subject of the exhibition.
The exhibition “Poles in the Free City of Gdańsk” presents the fates of the Polish minority, which has served Poland since the beginning of WMG’s [Free City of Gdańsk] existence through its active involvement to preserve its national identity against the German majority.
