Special events include film screenings featuring invited guests – experts in particular fields (e.g. film scholars, historians or filmmakers). We present and discuss film premieres, documentaries, cinema classics and niche titles unavailable in regular distribution.

- FAMILY SCREENINGS
Film screenings for entire families are a great opportunity to spend time with your loved ones. Every month we offer a new film selection, showed at the weekends. Special ticket prices apply: PLN 18 – regular, PLN 15 – reduced, PLN 10 – children under 13.
- AT THE OLD CINEMA
Museum Cinema’s film selection featuring Polish films from the interwar period, reconstructed digitally. Before the screening, the audience has the opportunity to listen to a lecture on the subject, the film’s making and its reception. The lectures are given by invited experts in cinema history and digital film reconstruction.

How to talk about the war? What films about the war are worth seeing? In this selection we show the most interesting war documentaries of high educational and artistic value. Discounted prices apply.
- CINEMA CLASSICS NOW
Special screenings featuring invited guests who introduce the subject before the screening and moderate a discussion with the audience after. As part of a series, we present the all-time classics and the classics somewhat forgotten but worth remembering. Some of these films may now be received differently than they were in the past. At times these are also films which, for different reasons, haven’t had the opportunity to appear on cinema screens at the time of the production.
