10th CONGRESS OF BELARUSIAN RESEARCHERS IN KAUNAS, 30th September – 2nd October, 2022

Representatives of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, composed of: Director dr hab. Grzegorz Berendt, Dr. Dmitriy Panto, Wojciech Łukaszun and Michał Bogdanowicz took part in the 10th Congress of Belarusian Researchers, which took place on September 30th - October 2nd in Kaunas (Lithuania).

Director Dr. hab. Grzegorz Berendt, also presented his latest monograph: ‘Bronna Góra - 1942. The place of immediate extermination in Polesie’, describing the extermination of the Jewish population in Belarus.

As part of the Congress, Dr. Dmitriy Panto, head of the Collections Department Wojciech Łukaszun and a specialist from the Research Department of the Museum of the Second World War, Michał Bogdanowicz, gave lectures as part of a panel on the history of Poland and Belarus during World War II.
