Polish Army as seen through the lens of HenrykPoddębski

Among the archives of the Museum of the Second World War, there is a collection of over 260 unique photographs, taken by the pre-war Warsaw photographer, HenrykPoddębski. These photographs are unique, as they present Polish armoured detachments, cavalry, aircraft and sapper entities during their last training sessions which took place just before the outbreak of the Second World War, but also due to their distinctive artistic value. Their historical value is reinforced by the fact that both before and after the war, they have never been presented to a wider audience.
