Organised groups
1. We do not offer bookings for organised groups; group tickets can be purchased at the ticket office or via our website.
2. One free ticket for the escort guardian is available for every 10 persons. When buying tickets for any group larger than 10 visitors you will be offered a free ticket for each multiple of 10 people.
3. The Museum has no guide services in its offer, nor does it liaise with tourist guides certified to take visitors around the Museum Exhibitions.
4. For the list of Museum-certified main-exhibition guides go to the website - Guided tour. Contacting the guide rests with the escort of the organised group.
5. Organised groups are not required to visit the exhibition with a guide.
6. The day and time-slot of entering the exhibition are specified on the ticket.
7. The number of visitors seeing the main exhibition, temporary exposition, and children’s exhibition (hereinafter: the ‘Museum Exhibitions’) all at the same time is limited for safety reasons. Therefore, new entries can be temporarily suspended, irrespective of the ticket held.
A Group Ticket enables making the purchase for a specific group of people (10 to 25 persons); each group ticket is sold with one free ticket, irrespective of whether the transaction concerns 10 or 25 visitors.
How to buy a group ticket:
1. Click on the PLAN YOUR VISIT tab, then go to TICKETS and BUYR TICKET at https://bilety.muzeum1939.pl/.
2. Choose the desired option: MAIN EXHIBITION or CHILDREN’S EXHIBITION.
3. Select the date and time you wish to enter the exhibition, then choose the ticket type: here regular or reduced price GROUP TICKET.
4. Enter the desired number of tickets, then move on to make the payment; once the payment has been done correctly, the tickets will be available for downloading from the tab: MY TICKETS.
5. Repeat the sequence, if you wish to buy tickets for a larger number of visitors.
You can also buy a group ticket at the ticket office.
