COMPETITION TIMELINE

4.1.

Deadline for submitting questions via Electronic Communication Platform about Competition Rules for the preparation and submission of applications for admission to the competition. Should a question be submitted after the deadline, the Museum may answer the question.

The Museum will provide answers through Electronic Communication Platform immediately, but no later than 2 days before the deadline for submission of applications for admission to the Competition.

Deadline for submitting via Electronic Communication Platform applications for admission to the Competition and subject evidence, statements and documents in confirmation of fulfilment of the requirements specified by the Museum.

The Museum will have access to the above-mentioned electronic documents only after the deadline for their submission.

Deadline for submitting via Electronic Communication Platform requests for explanations of the contents of the Competition Rules and Regulations concerning the preparation and submission of the Competition Works

The Museum will provide answers through the Electronic Communication Platform without delay.

Deadline for submission of Competition Works

Competition Works in electronic form must be submitted via Electronic Communication Platform.

The Museum will gain access to the above electronic documents only after the deadline for their submission.

Competition Works in printed form should be submitted to the correspondence address indicated in Chapter I, point 1.2.

Announcement of the Contest results on the Contest Website and notification via Electronic Communication Platform to the Contest Participants of the results of the Contest.

In the event that the Museum will be holding an official event, such as public announcement of the Competition results, the participants of the Competition will be notified separately of the place and time of this event.

Deadline for the payment of competition prizes, including the invitation of the first prize winner to negotiate a direct agreement.

Min. 15 days from announcement of the Competition results, approximately on 11.03.2025 r.

Planned date of granting of the Public Service Contract to the winner of the Competition

March/April 2025 r.
